1. Service Description

SaaS Miner helps users discover and validate Micro-SaaS opportunities using AI. We provide idea generation, deep-dive analysis, and cloud storage for saved ideas.

2. Accounts & Access

• Authentication is handled by Clerk. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• We may suspend access for misuse, abuse, or security concerns.

3. Usage Limits

Free accounts have limited idea credits. Pro subscriptions increase limits. Automated scraping, abusing rate limits, or attacking the service is prohibited.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime via the customer portal link.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SaaS Miner, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting support.

5. Content & Data

• You retain rights to the text you input and the ideas generated for you.
• We store your inputs and results in Supabase to deliver the service.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them. We make no warranties about AI results.

7. Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass limits.
• No use that violates laws or infringes others’ rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or abuse. You may cancel at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
